The collection consists of typescripts of the following: 1728 land grant for the Lewis family home, Belair, Spotsylvania County, Virginia, to Christopher Smith. Also, an announcement for John Lewis's School for Boys at Llangollen, Spotsylvania County; story of John Lewis's School for Boys by Ethel M. Smith. And, Three Virginia Women, a genealogical narrative of Anne Elizabeth Scott, Mildred Scott Thurman, and Frances Greenhow Scott by Pauline Scott Poindexter. Also included are photographs of two portraits of John Lewis.
